rachelle & damon booked our services in MARCH OF 2008! we had just launched altmix photography and our portfolio was skinny but rachelle & damon, guided by their amazing wedding planner, michelle, must have seen promise in our images. we cannot thank them enough for believing in us and helping us get started and gain confidence in our business. that was 20 months ago and i could not help but think of this when we were shooting their wedding a few weeks ago. how much things have changed since then- rachelle & damon now have an adorable baby girl, michelle opened her own studio and matt & i…well, we got a puppy? and a job we love!
this is one of the things i love most about our job; that we can maintain our voice while still growing and changing along with our clients to help us provide a more uniquely personalized product. rachelle & damon are a sweet couple with a strong bond. they are comfortable together and they laugh easily- like best friends. which makes them great parents, in my opinion! spending the day with them and capturing their family was an awesome experience- especially since it was coordinated so very well! and the details- so personalized! but we’ll get to that later… ;)

Can I just say that I love you guys?! I can’t wait to get married simply because I’ll get to book you! (Well, other reasons too, of course :) ) I love how you write about each couple- it totally shows that you love what you do. Your work has been a breath of fresh air to me. Thanks for that!

Kate and Matt, you out did yourselves again. I thought the engagement pictures were awesome but these are soooo beautiful! I’m sooo glad I went with you too when I did. :-) We posted the engagement pictures on facebook and had people outside of GA asking about you too. Thank you sooo much for presenting our special day in such a creative, outstanding, awesome way.
